Thank you for your interest in covering Kubota High Limit Racing. Please thoroughly read the below credential policy and fill out all required fields. Any submission that is not completed in full may result in denial of access. 

This media credential will grant access to the pit area, general admission grandstand seating, infield where applicable and victory lane. This credential is not an all-access pass. Should you need to access an area not mentioned above, please speak with a High Limit official at the venue. 

Should you obtain media credentials for an event or events, please sign-in at the media/VIP window at pit regristration to obtain your wristband. 

Media credentials are non-transferrable. Submission of an application does not guarantee credentials will be issued. A confirmation email will be sent to you regarding the receipt of your application. A High Limit Racing official will contact you regarding your approval status. 

Please note – any credential requests submitted within 48 hours of the event start time may not be granted. If you are requesting credentials for an event not listed below, you must apply through that venue directly. 

If the event you are wanting to apply for is not listed below, you must contact the track directly and work through their media application process. 

Media Credential Policy

• Media credentials will be issued only to accredited newspapers, publications, news services and internet sites that offer dedicated and consistent coverage of events for which credentials are being requested, as well as local, regional and national television and radio networks. 
• At this time, High Limit Racing will only credential one photographer, one videographer and up to two reporters per outlet per event, unless written notification is received. 
• Credentials will be issued to authorized personnel only for the purpose of providing timely coverage of the event.
• If, at any point, High Limit officials reasonably suspect that any applicant is present SOLELY for resale and commercial purposes rather than for media and promotion, the applicant’s accreditation may be immediately suspended or revoked without notice. 
• Freelance journalists and photographers must be on specific assignment and included on the application form submitted by the media outlet’s assigning authority.
• Social Media influencers, inclusing X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To qualify, you must post consistently about motorsports and meet a minimum-follower/subscriber threshold. 
• Working media credentials will not be issued for non-working employees of an outlet, including, but not limited to individuals working in a media outlet’s administrative, marketing, promotions, sales, advertising, public relations, etc. departments.
• Annual “hard cards” will not be distributed. 
• All applications will be carefully screened. High Limit reserves the right to approve or deny credential requests, as well as the number of credentials and access issued.
• By applying for media credentials, you are agreeing to receive news, promotional and marketing emails from High Limit Racing. 

Photography and Videography

• Photographers and videographers must adhere to track rules regarding shooting locations. 
• Photographers and videographers must wear a high-visibility vest at all times. 
• Photographers are asked to share a reasonable number of images, free of all logos and watermarks, to [email protected] within an hour of the conclusion of the event. Images utilized by either High Limit or FloRacing will be credited to the photographer. Failure to share images in a timely manner may result in the loss of future credentials. 
• Videographers are asked to share any footage captured at the event if requested. Video footage used by either High Limit or FloRacing will be credited to the videographer. 
• Mounted cameras and video cameras are prohibited unless written permission has been obtained from High Limit officials. 
• Drones are not permitted at High Limit events unless written permission has been obtained from High Limit officials.
